The hotel is affiliated with the Autograph Collection, Marriott’s brand featuring an exclusive portfolio of upscale independent hotels and resorts. Boulevard Hotel offers 818 comfortable rooms and it will be the largest conference hotel in Azerbaijan. It provides perfect accessibility to all major business and cultural sites of the city as well as the finest facilities that are designed to suit a wide variety of occasions and functions.
Baku Boulevard Hotel is managed by Absheron Hotel Group and is a part of Autograph Collection, Marriott’s brand featuring exclusive portfolio of upscale independent hotels and resorts. Executive Chef is responsible for overall success of the daily kitchen operations, works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
Areas of responsibility 3 outlets (White City restaurant, Green kitchen restaurant, Terrace and Black City café) and 5 meeting rooms (Neftchiler, Mukhtarov, Asadullayev, Nagiyev and Tagiyev ballroom).
Ensure proper leading kitchen operations for property to meet high guests satisfaction
Ensure setting and maintaining goals for culinary function and activities
Ensure that culinary standards and responsibilities on place
Ensure exceptional customer service
Ensure managing and conducting of human resources activities
- At least bachelor degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major;
- 4 years’ experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
