OFFICE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative  tasks. You will have front desk position and you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our administrative procedures. You should have excellent organizational skills and you should be able to handle time- sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Archiving and scanning internal documents and management of internal documentation (contracts, offers, invoices…)
  • In charge for office supplies
  • Contact with clients
  • Contact with the accounting office and handling incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Focal point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Events organization
  • Sending documents to the post office
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sharp time management skills
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Word skills
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners
  • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English

Working time:

Working hours. Monday through Friday from 8h-16h. Weekends – Free.
