One.Vip is currently seeking candidates to enhance its Customer Service department. If you are eager to work in a dynamic international environment and want to become part of our successful team, apply for the following position and become part of our Call Center:


Key Responsibilities

  • Handles customer inquiries and complaints regarding one.Vip product and services, as well as financial and technical issues;
  • Stays informed with up-to-date information regarding one.Vip products, services, network and strategy trough all channels;
  • Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction in compliance with one.Vip standards;
  • Executes outbound campaigns;

Job Requirements

  • Customer-oriented attitude;
  • Previous experience in dealing with customers (Experience in call center will be considered an asset)
  • In-depth knowledge of one.Vip products and services;
  • Advance knowledge of telecommunications;
  • Confident PC user (MS Office);
  • Fluency in English (oral and written);
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills in an international setting;
  • Flexible and solution-oriented;
  • Willing to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies;
  • Strong personal initiative;
  • Ability to excel under pressure, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and manage large workloads;
  • Willingness to work in 3 shifts:
  • Team player with a sense of humor;
  • “Never give up” attitude.
