The Summer Internship Programme in Epigenetics, Cellular Plasticity and Stem Cells is a unique opportunity for students who are interested in pursuing a career in the life sciences to find out more about life in the lab and gain hands-on research experience.
The international programme welcomes highly talented and motivated undergraduate and first year masters students to work alongside leading researchers for 8 weeks on cutting-edge projects. Techniques include biochemistry, molecular biology, imaging, stem cell biology and computational approaches according to the expertise of the host lab. The internship offers interns the opportunity to learn and develop in a highly stimulating research environment within the Helmholtz Zentrum München in Germany.

Summer Internship Programme projects will begin at the beginning of July 2018 and last for 8 weeks. Selected students will be provided with group accommodation, will receive up to 300 euros towards travel expenses (for one return journey to Munich) and a small contribution towards living expenses. Additional costs must be covered individually.
