Evonik HR Asia Internship Program in Singapore


You will work on exciting and challenging topics together with a team in an ultra-modern, innovative and creative environment. Intensive on-the-job training from expert colleagues guarantees that you will quickly become familiar with your duties and perform them independently.

At the end of the internship, candidates will gain extensive APAC exposure, be equipped with valuable skillsets (project management, operational & strategic HR execution, communication & coordination across functions & levels), and gain insights and working knowledge in a multinational corporation.


  • Lead and support Talent Management initiatives
  • Support HR Asia team in global and regional projects as a technical resource and project administrator
  • Efficiently manage, analyse and report HR data
  • Pioneer and lead a HR Project/Initiative (to be determined at the start of internship)
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Asia team (planning and scheduling of appointments, etc.)


  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Commerce, Engineering, Chemistry or related fields of study
  • Master student preferred
  • Position is based in Singapore (Evonik SEA office)
  • Candidates must obtain legal documents to work in singapore
  • Full-time preferred or minimum 3 days per week
  • Ideal starting period from Mid September 2017 to March 2018 (6 Months)
  • Must be able to commit to the 6-month internship period
  • Prior professional working experience will be recognised
  • Candidate should be proactive and independent
  • Able to work and manage cultural diversity
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships in an organisation
  • Good level of English (written and spoken
