- Work experience should be at least 5 years. The candidate should have the work experiencein the position of Art Director
- Possession of great knowledge in the field of design, art, fashion trending
- Organization and carrying out of photo shoots (the author’s control, execution – possession of skills in professional photography and work with professional photographic equipment)
- Possession ofknowledge in the major graphics programs (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDraw, Corel Painter, QurakXPress) on the Mac (the OS 9/OS X)/PCplatforms, knowledge and ability to apply in practice pre-press, printing and post-press processes (work experience fromimposer-designer to the head)
- A portfolio of works (necessarily)
- Distribution of orders among the staff, the timing of orders and deadline compliance control.
- Work with designers on projects and search and work with freelance designers.
- Production ofthe design ofbooklets, promotional products, packaging and labels.
- Development of corporate style and trademarks.
- Carrying out of presentations, conduction of negotiations with customers.
- Participation in the development of advertising strategy. Advertising in transport, outdoor advertising, decoration of points of sales.
- The need to participate in various seminars and trainings that will be organized by the studio.
- Registration in accordance with the Labour Code of Azerbaijan Republic
- Schedule – 5 days from 9:00 to 18:00, 2 away days
- Salary – AZN 2000 (work experience will affect salary)
